Nelson Park Kindergarten provides Early Childhood Education for children age 0 - 6 year olds.

Based in the beautiful city of Napier (Ahuriri) in Hawke's Bay (Te Matau-a-Māui).

We provide our community with a quality, affordable, and nurturing childcare and education service that we’re extremely proud of. Our philosophy is to let the needs of each tamariki guide our routines, rhythm, and rituals. We focus on wellbeing - physical, mental, social, and spiritual health (hauora) to ensure we’re providing a positive environment for our tamariki.

We have a dedicated team who create a positive and friendly environment and who foster genuine caring relationships (whakawhanaungatanga) with your tamariki and whānau. Whakawhanaungatanga is a key philosophy at Nelson Park Kindergarten, which means building meaningful relationships with whanau so that we can nurture your child’s mauri (life force, source of emotions).

We have daily routines and a centre philosophy that evolves to meet our diverse family needs. We undergo regular education audits undertaken by ERO, please feel free to read our latest review.
