Affordable Childcare
At Nelson Park Kindergarten, we understand that every family is unique, and so are their needs. Whether you’re a working parent, a student, or navigating special circumstances, we’ll work with you to support you with access to funding options.
- We are a licensed Early Childhood Education Centre and offer the government subsidy of 20 free hours to those children aged over 3 years old.
- We provide all families with a 3 month statement so you can apply for the Family Boost from the IRD. This is a government initiative to help families pay ECE fees.
- We can help your family make an application to MSD to see if you are eligible for a WINZ Childcare subsidy.
We’re open Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm, ensuring your tamariki are cared for when you need it most.

Know More About Nelson Park

Right after you book your party, you’ll receive an email confirming the date, time, and details about what’s included in the package you’ve selected result.
There will also be some fantastic outdoor entertainment, desserts, and drinks, plus tours of the School for those who want to continue the celebrations.
